Our goal is to provide patients with quality service. To achieve this, we set our own standards. We are a team of registered nurses (RN), licensed practical nurses (LPN), physical therapists (PT), occupational therapists (OT), speech-language pathologists (SLP), masters of social work (MSW), and home health aides (HHAs).
We also employ bilingual staff to meet the needs of the communities we serve. In addition, to provide quality medical care in the home environment, we also seek to work closely with the homeless shelters, recovery residences, and sober houses to meet the needs of the cognitive and substance abuse patients.
